After meeting your assistant in hotel lobby, you will go for a tour with English speaking guide at Mohammed Ali mosque which situated in the Citadel of Cairo in Egypt and was built by Muhammad Ali Pasha between 1830 and 1848.Then you will enjoy with a tour in old Cairo, firstly you will visit The Hanging Church which is one of the oldest churches in Egypt and the history of a church on this site dates to the third century. It belongs to the Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria. Then you will visit Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church, which is also known as Abu Serga, dating back to the 4th century.
Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church is traditionally believed to have been built on the spot where the Holy Family, Joseph, Mary and the infant Jesus Christ, rested at the end of their journey into Egypt. They may have lived here while Joseph worked at the fortress.
After that you will visit mosque of Amr ibn al-As which was originally built in 641–642 AD, as the center of the newly founded capital of Egypt, Fustat. The original structure was the first mosque ever built in Egypt and the whole of Africa. Through the twentieth century, it was the fourth largest mosque in the Islamic world. Then you will complete you lovely tour by enjoying ancient Egyptian civilization at Egyptian museum which is home to an extensive collection of ancient Egyptian antiquities. It has 120,000 items, with a representative amount on display, the remainder in storerooms. Built in 1901 by the Italian construction company Garozzo-Zaffarani to a design by the French architect Marcel Dourgnon, the edifice is one of the largest museums in the region.
After that you will visit pyramids in Giza. The earliest among these is Sakkara, which was built c. 2630–2610 BC during the Third Dynasty. This pyramid and its surrounding complex were designed by the architect Imhotep, and are generally considered to be the world's oldest monumental structures constructed of dressed masonry. The Pyramid of Khufu at Giza is the largest Egyptian pyramid. It is the only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World still in existence. Then you will visit Sphinx which is is a limestone statue of a reclining sphinx, a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human. Facing directly from West to East, it stands on the Giza Plateau on the west bank of the Nile in Giza, Egypt. The face of the Sphinx is generally believed to represent the pharaoh Khafre.
